About your stay

Basic information

  • 🛌 Fresh bed linen and towels – prepared according to the number of guests.
    Please note we don’t replace them during your stay, but you’re welcome to use the washing machine. 
  • 🧴 Essentials
    • hand soap, shower gel, hairdryer, laundry detergent
    • Iron + ironing board
    • dishwasher pods – under the sink in a plastic container
  • 👶 Travelling with little ones? We offer a Family Set (€30) including a cot, potty, and high chair – on request
  • 🔑 Keys – please keep the keys with you and do not leave them in the lockbox for safety reasons.

Wifi
  • Password: Prague2017
  • If you are having issues with the wifi, please try to restart the router.
  • If that doesn’t help, send us a photo of the router and cables.
    Meanwhile, try connecting to our other apartment’s WiFi.

  • If you are having issues with the heating,  check the video below as it should help. If you still need assistance, please contact us.
  • If there is an electricity outage, please check if the fuses are all up according to the video below. If you are still having issues, contact us. 
  • You can find the laundry powder and fabric softener nearby the washing machine.

Checkout

  • 🔑 Leave the keys in the apartment and close the door.
