What you need to know:

Basic information

🛌 Fresh bed linen and towels – prepared according to the number of guests.
Please note we don’t replace them during your stay, but you’re welcome to use the washing machine.

🧴 Essentials
- hand soap, shower gel, hairdryer, laundry detergent
- Iron + ironing board
- dishwasher pods – under the sink in a plastic container

👶 Travelling with little ones? We offer a Family Set (€30) including a cot, potty, and high chair – on request

🔑 Keys – please keep the keys with you and do not leave them in the lockbox for safety reasons.

Wifi

If you are having issues with the wifi, please send us a photo of the router.
Meanwhile, try connecting to our other apartment’s WiFi.

Heating

If you are having issues with the heating, check this video and adjust thermostats at first.

Check also the boiler in the bathroom.
If you still need assistance, please contact us.

Electricity

If there is an electricity outage, please check if the fuses are all up according to the video below. If you are still having issues, contact us.
