Bright, cozy, spacious, centrally located apartment situated in historical building brings original, local vibes. Excellent position: short distance to all main touristic places (few minutes by direct tram), just couple of steps away from main train station, surrounded by restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Apartment offers FREE PARKING in the garage. Newly and modern furnished. Suitable for families or group of friends. FREE NETFLIX available.

Apartment is suitable up to 6 people. There are two private bedrooms with double beds and in the living room area there is another sofa bed for 2 people.

Our flat is suitable to accommodate up to 6 people. You will find here spacious and bright common space which consists of living room with comfy portable sofa (it can be portable to double bed) and big TV set (with FREE NETFLIX as a bonus) as well as super modern and fully equipped kitchen with dining corner. There is also two private bedrooms. In each bedroom you can find spacious, comfortable double bed. There are also 2 new and modern bathrooms with shower corner.

INTERNET is for free with 50Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. You will have NETFLIX with international channels. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you.

Check-in time is anytime after 2pm.

Check-out time is till 11am.

About the area

Apartment is located strategically just a few minutes to the heart of the city center. All main touristic points are easily reachable by direct tram in few minutes. Main train station is around 1 km away from the apartment. The area is safe, quiet and clean. Next to the apartment there is very nice, green park (Vítkov). Many local restaurants, bars and cafés are in the neighborhood. Grocery store ZABKA is just 400 meters away. Bigger supermarket (Albert) is about 900 meters away.


The closest tram stop Husinecka is 300 metres away. The nearest metro stop Hlavni nadrazi (Main train station) is around 1 km away. If you arrive by train, you can just walk to apartment (it´s about 15 minutes by foot) or you can take tram to stop Husinecka, it takes 2 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can take city bus to Husinecka, it takes around 5 minutes. From the airport, it takes around 50 minutes by public transport and 25 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague.
