Our apartment is situated in very local and trendy part of the city – Royal Vineyards, yet very close to the city center. Famous Wenceslas Square is just about 10 minutes walking.
There are plenty of cafeterias, restaurants and shops around, as well as nice parks.
In the apartment you’ll find separate bedroom with one double bed and one single bed.
In the living room area there is another double bed and sofa bed. Suitable up to 6 people.
You can also enjoy FREE NETFLIX.

Guest access
You will have the apartment only for yourself, so you have your absolute privacy.
Other things to note
INTERNET is for free with 50Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. You will have NETFLIX with international channels. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you.
Check-in time is anytime after 2pm.
Check-out time is till 11am.
Arrival form for your comfortable stay
Dear guests, after you reserve your stay at our apartment, we will send you via email, before arrival, online arrival form, to make your arrival into apartment and your stay much more comfortable.
Our main goal is to give you the best experience of your stay without any organizational problems. Please provide us clear information of your personal data and estimate arrival time.
Please answer all information in the online arrival form required by law about you and your group because every host, hotel or accommodation in Czech Republic is obligated to collect these data for government. Thank you so much for helping us to be an honest host.
This data will only be used for the purpose of implementing your rights and will be stored for the necessary time for proving that we have fulfilled our obligations (i.e. for the period that the Office for Personal Data Protection can investigate the fullfilment of the given obligation). The information on the fullfilment of these rights will be stored in the Siesta Extranet system operated by Siesta Solution s.r.o., Company ID No. (IČO): 05203503.
In case of loss of the keys from the apartment or breaking the rule of no smoking policy in our apartment, we are entitled to the payment of 100 euro for the incurred complications.
We are pet friendly so your pet is welcomed in our apartment. However we require 20 euro/per stay fee.
