About the apartment
We designed the flat ourselves with love and attention, so you feel like at your home away from home:-)
In the apartment you will find a large open space with a living room with 2 sofas and a Smart TV. There is also a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a dining table next to the kitchen. The private bedroom offers a double bed and a single bed.
The bathroom has a bathtub and the toilet is separate.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor in a building with an elevator and is suitable for 6 people.
INTERNET is for free with 50Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you.
Check-in time is anytime after 2pm.
Check-out time is till 11am.
About the area
The nearest metro stop Krizikova is located 800 meters away. Tram stop Krizikova is even closer, 600 meters. Metro will take you to the city center in few minutes (3 stops and you are in very central area). If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can take metro line B to Krizikova stop (1 minute) or tram also to Krizikova (2 minutes). If you arrive by train, you take metro line C, change at Florenc to line B and get off at Krizikova. It takes around 10 minutes. From the airport, it takes around 50 minutes by public transport and 30 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague.
Transportation
You will stay in quiet area, yet still close to main monuments and very close to the subway. City center is easily reachable by direct public transport (3 stop by subway). Main bus station is 1 km away, main train station 2,5 km. The surroundings are very nice – from one side there is river Vltava, from another side green park. Supermarket Albert is in walking distance (5 minutes by foot). Place is surrounded by many local restaurants, bars and cafés.

After booking, you’ll receive an online arrival form, which is GDPR certified. Please complete this form with the required information. We are required to report guest details to the Police of the Czech Republic. Additionally, payment of the city tax is required as part of our legal obligations. Check-in instructions will be provided 3 days before arrival, once these steps are completed.

Parties and loud activities are strictly prohibited throughout the entire building. Quiet hours are enforced from 22:00 to 06:00. Violations may result in a €500 fine.
🚭 Non-Smoking🚭
The apartment is strictly non-smoking. A €200 fee will be applied for smoking in the apartment.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Check-Out ⏰
Guests will be charged €50 for unauthorized late check-out.
🔒Unlocking Services 🔒
A €80 charge applies for key loss, locking keys inside the apartment, and related door unlocking services after 18:00.
🔑 Key Damage or Loss
A €100 fee will be charged for the loss or damage of keys.🔑
🪑 Furniture or Property Damage🪑
Costs to repair or replace any damage to furniture or other property.
