This modern and spacious apartment is located in vital and very central district of Prague – Royal Vineyards, just few minutes walking from city center.
Many local restaurants, bars, cafeterias, shops and pubs are in the area, as well as few nice parks. Famous Wenceslas Square is 10 minutes walking.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT
We designed the flat ourselves with love and attention, so you feel like at your home away from home.
On the ground floor, the apartment has a modern and well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a TV and a dining table. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. There is also another double bed on the floor. Another toilet is separate.
There is also a balcony with a wonderful view.
The apartment is suitable for up to 6 people and is located on the 5th floor in a building with an elevator. The elevator starts from the 1st mezzanine floor, so you need to walk a few stairs up.
Check-in time is anytime after 2pm.
Check-out time is till 11am.
If you are arriving by car, we recommend visiting the Mr. Parkit with many locations all over Prague and reasonable prices.
ABOUT THE AREA
Apartment has very good location. It is really close to city center with all main touristic points and at the same time the area is quiet and local-ish. The area is full of local cafeterias, restaurants and shops, as well as nice parks. The nearest supermarket ALBERT is just 2 minutes away by walking. Main train station is 1,5 km away, main bus station Florenc is 2,5 km away.
TRANSPORTATION
The closest tram stop SUMAVSKA is 1 minute by foot. It will take you to city center (MUZEUM) in just 4 minutes. The nearest metro stop NAMESTI MIRU is around 3 minutes walking. If you arrive by train, you can take metro line C to metro stop MUZEUM (1 stop) and then change to metro line A (green line) to NAMESTI MIRU (another 1 stop). It will take only around 6 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can take metro C (red line) to MUZEUM and then change to metro A (green line) to NAMESTI MIRU. It will take only 10 minutes. From the airport, it takes around 50 minutes by public transport and 25 minutes by taxi or Uber.
