This modern and spacious apartment is located in vital and very central district of Prague – Royal Vineyard, just few minutes walking from city center.
Many local restaurants, bars, cafeterias, shops and pubs are in the area, as well as few nice parks. Famous Wenceslas Square is 10 min. walking. All main touristic points are close by.
About the apartment
We designed the flat ourselves with love and attention, so you feel like at your home away from home.
The apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, a dining table and a sleeping loft with a double bed. There is a double bed in the bedroom. There is also a modern and well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, and the toilet is separate.
The apartment is suitable for up to 6 people and is located on the 1st floor in a building with an elevator.
The elevator starts at the 1st mezzanine floor, so you have to go up a few stairs.
Check-in time is anytime after 2pm.
Check-out time is till 11am.
If you are arriving by car, we recommend visiting the Mr. Parkit with many locations all over Prague and reasonable prices.
About the area
Apartment has very good location. It is really close to city center with all main touristic points and at the same time the area is quiet and local-ish. The area is full of local cafeterias, restaurants and shops, as well as nice parks. The nearest supermarket ALBERT is just 2 minutes away by walking. Main train station is 1,5 km away, main bus station Florenc is 2,5 km away.
Transportation
The closest tram stop SUMAVSKA is 1 minute by foot. It will take you to city center (MUZEUM) in just 4 minutes. The nearest metro stop NAMESTI MIRU is around 3 minutes walking. If you arrive by train, you can take metro line C to metro stop MUZEUM (1 stop) and then change to metro line A (green line) to NAMESTI MIRU (another 1 stop). It will take only around 6 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can take metro C (red line) to MUZEUM and then change to metro A (gree line) to NAMESTI MIRU. It will take only 10 minutes. From the airport, it takes around 50 minutes by public transport and 25 minutes by taxi or Uber.

Our facility does not have luggage storage capacity, so it is not possible to store your luggage before arrival or after departure. For luggage storage, we can recommend great web www.radicalstorage.com.
For security reasons we provide 1 set of keys during each stay. Guests are advised not to leave their keys in the locker during their stay.
Your pets are also very welcome to stay with us for a small fee per stay according to our price list.
Commercial photography and filming is allowed on individual request (price depends on a season and type of an event).
Our rules
No other people than those noted while booking are allowed to the property.
Party on the apartment is forbidden! For breaking the rule charges of 1000 EUR will be applied.
The apartment is strictly non-smoking. In case of smoking on the apartment, charges of 150 EUR will be applied.
Guest will be charged for unauthorized late check-out at the property.
Guests may be charged for the unexpected key loss and services related to door unlocking after 6 PM (80-100 EUR).
In case of damage/loss of the keys, we claim a compensation of 100 EUR for complications related with that.
After you book your stay in our apartment, we will send you an online arrival form, this form is GDPR certified. Please fill in all necessary information for arrival required by law. As a host, we are obliged to provide information to the Police of the Czech Republic about all our guests.
