About the apartment
We designed the flat ourselves with love and attention, so you feel like at your home away from home 🙂
The apartment has big common open space consists of living room area with comfortable sofa and Smart TV. Next to the living room area is kitchen corner, as well as spacious dining table.
There are also two private bedrooms. In one of them is double bed as well as single bed. In another one is one double bed. In the bathroom you will find shower corner and washing machine. Toilet is separated and situated next to the bathroom.
Our apartment can accommodate up to 7 people.
The flat comes with garden and terrace next to the building where you will have free access.
Free parking is available behind the building gate. If it’s full, nearby street parking is available. Please note that reservations cannot be guaranteed in advance.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you.
Check-in time is anytime after 2pm.
Check-out time is till 11am.
About the area
The apartment is situated in quiet, safe and clean area, away from hustle and bustle of city center and at the same time connected with heart of the old town by direct metro line which will take you there in 12 minutes. Local restaurant/bar is only 2 minutes walking, grocery store is 4 minutes walking, supermarket is 7 minutes walking. You can enjoy nice, green private garden and terrace next to the apartment at anytime for free.
Transportation
The closest metro stop Ladvi is only 4 minutes by foot. It will take you to city center just in 12 minutes. The nearest city bus stop is right next to the apartment. If you arrive by train, you can take direct metro line C to stop Ladvi, it takes around 10 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can take metro line C as well to Ladvi, it takes about 8 minutes. From the airport, it takes about 55 minutes by public transport and 25 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague.
