About the apartment
We designed the flat ourselves with love and attention, so you feel like at your home away from home.
Our attic apartment is suitable for accommodation of 6 people.
There is a large open space, separate bedroom and bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep two people, an armchair and a Smart TV. Next to the living room you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a spacious dining table.
There are 2 large double beds in the private bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
Next to the building there is a garden and a terrace where you can enjoy your free time.
Free parking is available behind the building gate. If it’s full, nearby street parking is available. Please note that reservations cannot be guaranteed in advance.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a building without an elevator.
INTERNET is for free with 50Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you.
Check-in time is anytime after 2pm.
Check-out time is till 11am.
About the area
Our apartment is situated in quiet and safe area, outside the city center, yet connected with city center by direct metro. Metro stop is just 4 minutes walking from the flat and will take you to heart of the city center in 12 minutes. In the neighborhood you can find several local restaurants and bars. The nearest one is just 2 minutes walking. Smaller grocery store is 4 minutes by foot, bigger supermarket is 7 minutes walking. The apartment comes with nice, green private garden and terrace, they are next to the apartment and you can relax there anytime.
Transportation
The closest metro stop Ladvi is only 4 minutes by foot from apartment. You will be in city in 12 minutes by direct metro line. Next to the apartment you´ll have city bus stop.
If you arrive by train, you can use metro line C directly to stop Ladvi, it takes about 10 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can use metro line C as well to Ladvi, it takes around 8 minutes. From the airport, it takes about 55 minutes by public transport and 25 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague.
