About the apartment
We designed the flat ourselves with love and attention, so you feel like at your home away from home 🙂
Our charming and spacious apartment is suitable for up to 9 people.
There are 3 separate bedrooms. In one you will find 1 double bed, in the second 1 double bed and two single beds and in the third 1 double bed and one single bed.
There is also a spacious dining room with a Smart TV and a well-equipped modern kitchen.
The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, the toilet is located separately.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a building with an elevator.
Check-in time is anytime after 3pm.
Check-out time is till 11am.
About the area
The apartment is located in the heart of the city center. Famous Charles Bridge is just around 1 km away. All main touristic points are in walking distance so you don´t have to be worried about public transport. In the neighborhood you´ll find many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Small supermarket TESCO EXPRES is just next to the apartment (2 minutes walking). Location is great: Apartment is surrounded by nice green parks (Kinskeho zahrada, Petrinske sady…), riverside is few minutes walking from the apartment.
Transportation
The closest tram stop Arbesovo namesti is just in front of the apartment (1 minute walking). The nearest metro stop Andel is 3 minutes walking (around 400 metres away). If you arrive by train, you can take tram which will take you to stop Arbesovo namesti, it takes about 14 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can take metro line B to stop Narodni trida and then change to tram which will take you to stop Arbesovo namesti, it takes about 16 minutes. From the airport, it takes around 50 minutes by public transport and 20 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague.

After booking, you’ll receive an online arrival form, which is GDPR certified. Please complete this form with the required information. We are required to report guest details to the Police of the Czech Republic. Additionally, payment of the city tax is required as part of our legal obligations. Check-in instructions will be provided 3 days before arrival, once these steps are completed.

Only those noted during booking are allowed on the property.
🚫 Parties & Loud Activities 🚫
Parties and loud activities are strictly prohibited throughout the entire building. Quiet hours are enforced from 22:00 to 06:00. Violations may result in a €500 fine.
🚭 Non-Smoking🚭
The apartment is strictly non-smoking. A €200 fee will be applied for smoking in the apartment.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Check-Out ⏰
Guests will be charged €50 for unauthorized late check-out.
🔒Unlocking Services 🔒
A €80 charge applies for key loss, locking keys inside the apartment, and related door unlocking services after 18:00.
🔑 Key Damage or Loss
A €100 fee will be charged for the loss or damage of keys.🔑
🪑 Furniture or Property Damage🪑
Costs to repair or replace any damage to furniture or other property.
🧹 Extra Cleaning Fee 🧹
For excessive mess or special cleaning requests beyond the standard service after the departure.
