🏡 Online Check-in Process

After booking, you’ll receive a secure online arrival form (GDPR-certified). Completing this form is a legal requirement, as we must collect guest details for the Police of the Czech Republic before check-in.

📌 Once this is completed, you’ll receive check-in instructions 3 days before arrival.

⏳ Early Check-In: Possible based on availability.
📅 Late Check-Out: Not available. Please ensure you leave on time to avoid extra fees.

🔑 Keys: One key set per stay, with an extra set available for larger groups (9+ guests). Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.
⚠️ Security Tip: Do not leave keys in the lockbox during your stay. If you misplace your key, please contact us .

🎒 Luggage Storage
We don’t have any luggage storage in the building. For storage before check-in or after check-out, we recommend:

We offer a baby cot, potty, and high chair for 30 EUR per stay. Let us know in advance to reserve yours.
