About the apartment
We designed the flat ourselves with love and attention, so you feel like at your home away from home.
In our bright, cozy apartment you will find a living room with a kitchen and two private bedrooms. The living room has a sofa bed and a TV.
In one bedroom you will find a double bed, in the second bedroom there is a double bed and a folding single bed for up to 2 people. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The toilet is located separately.
There is a garden next to the building, as well as a terrace that you can use at any time.
Free parking is available behind the building gate. If it’s full, nearby street parking is available. Please note that reservations cannot be guaranteed in advance.
The apartment is suitable for up to 7 people. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a building without an elevator.
INTERNET is for free with 50Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you.
Check-in time is anytime after 2pm.
Check-out time is till 11am.
About the area
The apartment is situated 12 minutes away from city center by direct metro line in quiet, safe and clean area. In the neighborhood you can find several local restaurants (the nearest one is just 2 minutes by foot) as well as some shops (the nearest grocery store is 4 minutes walking, bigger supermarket is 7 minutes walking). The flat comes with nice, private garden and terrace, where you can rest and enjoy your time.
Transportation
The nearest metro stop Ladvi is only 4 minutes by foot from apartment. You will be in city in 12 minutes by direct metro line. Next to the apartment you´ll have city bus stop.
If you arrive by train, you can use metro line C directly to stop Ladvi, it takes about 10 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can use metro line C as well to Ladvi, it takes around 8 minutes. From the airport, it takes about 55 minutes by public transport and 25 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague.
