About your stay

Basic information

  • 🛌 Fresh bed linen and towels – prepared according to the number of guests.
    Please note we don’t replace them during your stay, but you’re welcome to use the washing machine. 
  • 🧴 Essentials
    • Hand soap, shower gel, hairdryer
    • Iron + ironing board
    • Dishwasher pods – under the sink in a plastic container
    • Washing machines are on the top floor.
  • 👶 Travelling with little ones? We offer a Family Set (€30) including a cot, potty, and high chair – on request
  • 🔑 Keys – please keep the keys with you and do not leave them in the lockbox for safety reasons.

Troubleshooting

Wifi
  • Password: Prague2017
  • If you are having issues with the wifi, please try to restart the router.
  • If that doesn’t help, send us a photo of the router and cables.
    Meanwhile, try connecting to our other apartment’s WiFi.
  • How to set up wifi on the TV? Check the video below:
  • If you are having issues with the heating, watch this video as it should help you to adjust the heaters.
  • If you still have problems, contact us.
  • If there is an electricity outage, please check if the fuses are all up according to the video below. If you are still having issues, contact us.

  • 🔑 Leave the keys in the apartment and close the door.
