  • Svíčková na smetaně
    A classic Czech dish made from marinated beef sirloin, slow-cooked and served with a creamy vegetable sauce (made from carrots, celery, and onions), topped with a dollop of whipped cream, cranberry sauce, and served with bread dumplings.

  • Vepřo knedlo zelo
    Roast pork, served with bread dumplings and stewed sauerkraut. This is considered the Czech national dish – hearty and full of flavor.

  • Český guláš
    Czech-style beef goulash, a thick and mildly spicy stew made with onions, paprika, and garlic. Usually served with bread dumplings or fresh bread. Hearty and warming.

  • Ovocné knedlíky
    Sweet fruit dumplings made from potato or curd dough, filled with seasonal fruits like plums, strawberries, or apricots. Served with melted butter, sugar, and sometimes grated quark or poppy seeds.

  • Medovník
    A layered honey cake with thin, soft honey-flavored layers and creamy filling, often made with condensed milk and nuts. Sweet, rich, and moist.
  • Buchty
